The lobster was great and while it did arrive cold, the ice packs were totally thawed so it was close. I would recommend packing it with more ice.

The lobsters were great and if I just bought them it would be 5 stars. But I also ordered 2 sets of shell crackers. They were horrible and soaking wet which made the bib and napkins useless. But as I stated at the beginning, lobsters were awesome.

The ordering was easy. Only problem was I couldn’t find how to apply the discount when I paid for the order. I’ll let you know about order arrival and quality of the lobsters.

My Lobster order was a gift and it did arrive on time as promised. I would have given a five star review except I tried to reach someone at the company regarding my order, but they have a totally automated answering system and it was impossible to speak to anyone personally.

Arrived on time, packaged so that contents were still cool. A bit pricey.

The product was absolutely delicious! This is our second time and both orders were wonderful!

The lobsters were good sized, hard shell and full of sweet meat. Only issue had to do with a shipping delay of one day, but my husband was surprised and delighted for his father's day dinner. Jennifer was very helpful and communicated well about the shipping situation. We used to live in Maine, now in GA so we can't get live Maine lobster here. Would recommend!

Received dead lobsters, but after writing a review, I got an email from the company. Within 2 hours of posting my review Lobsters online sent me an email and wanted to make things right. I told them all I wanted was my original order fulfilled. They asked me when I wanted them shipped and promptly made it happen. Kudos to a company that will stand behind their product. I realize things happen and they made good. I received my new batch of lobsters alive and they tasted great. Thanks for being a stand up company. I will get lobsters from them again.
