The order came thru a day late.It was our Sons 60th Birthday, He was working his tug in northern Chesapeake .This was suppose to be a special event . Seems that an order cannot be filled on a Monday although the paperwork specified that Monday 2 December was the delivery date. Do not order for a Monday delivery.unless you understand that cannot happen.

We got 2 - 3lb lobsters 0ne was fine the other not so much after being cooked and opened it was full of a blue slimy substance though out the hole lobster. Truly never had seen this before an I have had hundreds of them. So tossed it in the trash. The first one was amazing. Had both been good to eat it would be 5⭐️

They didn't arrive at all to my home. I had to wait until the following day to go pick them up at the FedEx warehouse another city over, or wait until the following Monday to get them delivered.

We ordered 2 lb lobsters and some mussels. One lobster was what I am used to when ordering from you. The second was poor. We ate the claws of that lobster but the tail was not edible. As I normally do I steam the lobsters for a few minutes then put in ice bath. Then remove the tails and claws and finish on the grill. When separating the tail it slid out of the tail in gelatinous pieces. Not good. Had to be discarded.

We have ordered from this company for many years and usually everything is first rate. We recently ordered 2 3 pound lobsters and 2 12ounce tails. When they arrived they looked small. I got a good scale out and one lobster weighed 2.5 pounds and the other 3.1. the tails weighed in at 10 ounces. At these prices if you say 3pound ( and you have a price for 2.5 pound) they should be 3.0 pounds. We are rethinking if we want to do this again

Quick ship as promised. Fresh. Easy to buy online. 3 alive, 1 dead. All full. Ordered 4 2-pound lobsters and only one of them was 2 lbs. The other three were slightly less even though minimum 2 lbs was guaranteed.

The meat was tough and the flavor was good except for the thin, red, claw pieces. I'll probably buy more, now and then, even though I rate it as a 3.

I don't like your website it's not too user friendly and needs work. You don't ship 3 plus pounds to NH, however, you site accepts the order and charges you anyways. Customer service was terrific in compensating me the difference in price, when I realize I did not get what I had paid for. This issue is a flaw that needs to be remedied before you lose customers.
