Lobsters were delivered at 8 oclock at night. Box was wet and lobsters were bearly alive. Not the best experience.

We received an exception report on the delivery of the lobsters. We called Lobsters Online and it was not known if they would arrive that day or the following day. We had invited company over a month ago for the lobsters. We could not expect the lobsters to arrive in time for dinner. As a result we had to inform our company of this and then made other plans and went out to eat instead. Sometime after we left to go out to eat, the lobsters arrived. By the time we got home the lobsters had been delivered - dead or alive I don't know. But by the time we got them they were no good. Not a good experience. Not sure if the lobsters were alive when delivered,but because we had to go out to eat, they didn't make it by the time we got home. Had they been on time, the circumstances would be different and I'm sure we would have had lobsters that evening for everyone. After your reply---- When I called, I was told that there have been MANY exceptions with your carrier. IF you are at there mercy, your company needs to fix this issue. Perhaps a carrier (such as Fedex) that delivers overnight LIVE lobsters in the MORNINGS rather that late afternoon (UPS) may dramatically reduce your shipping issues. As far as you last comment " you understand my frustration and hope I will continue to do business with you" .... When I spend $150.00 and get nothing from it - I'm not sure I'd call that frustration. Lets say... If you experienced the same thing I have ...I'll bet money your first reaction would NOT be that you felt frustrated. You'd feel you had just received extremely poor service. Will I try you again???? - Without changing your carrier --- it would just be .. " fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Or what incentive are you offering me to get my business back?

I think your shipping charges are outrageous. They were more than my order.

I digitally weighed the Lobsters. They were both supposed to weigh 4 lbs EACH. First ones weight was 3.6 lbs. The second ones weight was 3.5 lbs. Combined that is over 1 lb less than what I paid for. I am very upset.

Order placed promised delivery determined guests invited lobsters were not delivered as requested had to go to local grocery to buy frozen lobster tails four days later than promised our weary lobsters arrived The Lobster outfit were courteous when contacted and refunded my charges Oh well that word that starts with an s and end with a t and has four letters happens however it won't happen twice

I love the website and ease of ordering from you folks and I feel that pricing is fairly reasonable. Unfortunately we never received our order. I do realize that the shipping end of things is out of your hands once you’ve shipped product off but we never got our shipment and it left us scrambling last minute to put together our holiday dinner. I was supposed to receive our order the 7th for dinner on the 8th but it never came and I assume at this point our lobsters are probably dead in a ups shipping facility somewhere. What a waste… With that said, I’d try ordering from you folks again but I wouldn’t gamble another big gathering on whether or not an order is going to show up on time. Im actually pretty bummed out that they never came because I was really looking forward to it, as this is not something we do often. I’ve written an email to address my shipping problems but have yet to hear anything back or receive a refund.

Bought 2, three pounder, expecting them to be filled with solid meat but they were soft shell, meaning more shell than meat. Before ordering I asked were the lobsters be hard or soft and I was assured they are hard. Very disappointed.

Lobster claws were broken off :(
