We began working with Dan Trepel about 3 months ago and it has been one of the greatest decisions we have made! Dan has been above and beyond in terms of communication and is prompt with answering any questions and concerns. He continues to remain clear and concise with our loan processes and we look forward to continuing work with him and LoanBud going into the future.

Patrick and the team at LoanBud were excellent. Everything they said they were going to do transpired for us. Most of all, they were honest. I would highly recommend them for your financing needs. It was a great experience for us.

Loan bud is a fraudulent firm with fake reviews, i was asked documents multiple times in multiple emails and that is what they want, when they are done collecting all your personal information they are done and later they cash out your personal information and make money out of it. Never ever deal with them. FAKE Company.
