I'm only giving the second star because I can't say anyone was ever rude to us. HOWEVER the organization, consistency in information given, and several failed attempts to stay in contact with folks in the organization makes me give loan bud this poor rating. I dealt with 3 different people who each gave me conflicting and different information after supposedly reviewing my entire loan profile only after months of continuing to reach out to them being told we were not a fit due to a 3 year old bk. No biggie. However since I'd been dealing with person number 1 since October 2022 and was finally told this by person number 3 in May of 2023 you can see why I might not recommend this company. Never-mind I had to continually reach out to get answers and got bounced to 3 different people who clearly didn't speak to each other so I had to repeat myself over and over again. We thankfully have a pre-approval with another SBA lender despite the information from Loan Bud but I wouldn't go to loan bud ever again.

Melissa is kind and on top of things. Last loan was a cluster, but eventually got done. This loan was 'approved' and 'in the queue' 2 weeks ago after being told they were shooting to close before end of the year and still, nothing. No updates, no estimated closing/funding date...crickets.
