I paid the deposit to have a crew and truck at my place on Saturday June 13th. Danny did not get me a crew at 12 like we agreed. Crew #1 was having an issue getting a truck. He then cancelled them and told me he would have a crew there at 2:30. Crew #2 called me and told me that he was refusing to pay for the truck. Danny then had Crew #1 call me and tell me they would be there the next day. Which was not what was agreed upon. I ended up having to rent my own truck and finding a crew myself to help with the move. Danny has not refunded the deposit. Absolutely terrible experience.

Hi Tyler, I'm sorry your move didn't go the way it should have you're right to be frustrated and the rescheduling we offered wasn't what we agreed on. I want to confirm your deposit was fully refunded on June 22.
