The pillow did not work for us.
I purchased this and it came flat but I wait two- threes for it to fully puff up then we began to use it due to our son spitting up and having reflux issues. We used it for three weeks and our son continued to spit up and reflux issues so we stopped using the product. The company customer service reached out by email wanting to know how the product was doing and our experience. I told the company customer service about our experience with the product and the customer service offered 35% refund since I purchased the product 30 days after the company customer service reached out asking about our experience with the product.
