***UPDATE : I have been contacted by the president of the company in April and he apologize for the issue and told me they have been working to improve their customers service. He did everything to make sure I will be getting what I have been ordering. I just got my order and they even added a sample of another product. I have been using their products in the past and I very liked the quality of it. I am very glad they have worked to fix the customer service issue. I had a problem with my order made in January. it has never been delivered and I couldn't reach the company by email/phone/website.
