Terrible…I’ve been taking it for a month and my bloating has gotten worse. I am also have problems with constipation which I didn’t have before.

Hi Shana, I am sorry you had this experience. I can tell you to address bloating, you need to start with Leaky Gut Repair. You started with cleaning your liver and reducing biofilm in the gut - which caused an inflammatory response. The proper sequence is to heal the gut and then do those other things down the road.
