Great experience
I have been using Live proxies for a long time and will continue to renew in the future. It has not failed me on big drops and drops using high proxy protection.

good product
good product, expensive but if there are good drops i always get this product. I wish we wouldn't lose IP right away if we burn all data. Sometimes big drops you burn more data than anticipated, causing you to lose IP and buy new plan. Overall good product, no issues with downtime, works on all sites flawlessly.

awful customer service
awful customer service, you can tell they are only in it for money and don't care about customer experience.

Hi Keaton, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We're sorry to hear you feel that way, however, we deeply care about our customer's experience. If you're complaining about the price, we agree that we may be charging a premium, but that's because we do things differently compared to our competitors. For starters, the IPs you receive are not shared with anyone else, other companies may have one huge pool and all the users share from that pool. We also have developers monitoring the network, making sure everyone's proxies function properly, are stable, and up to your quality standards, all behind the scenes. We rotate the IPs as well to make sure your proxies stay unblocked on the sites you use on. On top of many other reasons, bottom line is, this means we can't have unlimited customers and our costs are higher, resulting in a premium pricing but it also means you're getting a premium product in return. We would love to know more about your issue and resolve it so please feel free to contact our support team in our discord. Thanks, Team Live

Great Proxies
These proxies are great. Work on every site with great ping, and they burn a lot slower than other providers. Have never had any problems with them. I also love the team and how they will address any problems that they may have and are fully transparent
