We're glad to hear our proxies are faster than our competitors and your plan wasn't burning much data in the past, and we're sorry to hear your current problems with Footlocker CA. It seems you weren't having any issues till recently. Since you're using up more data and running into errors now, compared to before where it was the opposite, it's most likely due to your automation software not being able to handle Footlocker CA's anti-bot changes. Proxies can work flawlessly, but if your automation gets blocked by the site or struggles to automate smoothly, then it will use up more data and you'll run into a lot of errors/connection service issues/etc. You can see your "Success %" on dashboard to verify. If you have any further questions, concerns or need clarification, please don't hesitate to create a ticket with us either through email or discord. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear you had some success with our proxies, but would definitely like to get to the core of the other errors/issues you faced. Our dash is completely revamped and has a lot more functionality compared to our previous dashboard, which may have caused you confusion since you're exposed to something completely different. We assure you, it was designed with the user in mind, and with a little more exposure you'll find it intuitive to navigate. Regarding the errors, it seems the proxies were working well on your software for two occasions but you got errors for other times. This is most likely due to the site making changes in an effort to stop automation software alongside heavy traffic causing your software to get errors. Since we only have residential proxies which are in-house, it is very unlikely for all of them to have been banned or flagged. We hope this addresses your concerns , but if you'd like to understand more about what happened, please create a ticket in our server, and we will assist you as soon as possible. Best, Live Team

Hi cc, Thank you for your kind suggestion and feedback. We strive to do what's best in our customers interest. Part of the reason the traffic may not be used up is because we count the download data only, unlike competitors. Although there are less releases now compared to before, there are still releases that exist and there are users who are able to take full advantage of their data for these releases. Based on our business model which requires substantial investment and entails several restrictions on our part, we can't increase the duration, but we try our best to help our users as much as we can through discounts, implementing rollover feature, constantly improving our products, and soon bringing more plan options to fit everyone's needs. We acknowledge that it may not always be possible for every user to consume all the data within a plan by its expiry date, and thus, we offer the option to carry forward any unused data to the next billing cycle. Unlike many other providers, we count only the downloaded data, not the uploaded data, so that our users can enjoy their data a lot longer. For the recent changes on footsites (footlocker/champsports/etc...), we found that the issue mainly lies with the automation software who need to get past the new security measures. The IPs in your plans come from different sources and we rotate the IPs to ensure that our proxies are unbanned and work flawlessly on all intended sites for your region. We understand that the recent changes made by footsites have increased the difficulty in running your software, but please be assured that our proxies still work as effectively and efficiently, as they have for you for the past two years.
