Wow! Utterly blown away by Andy (owner) and the level of service we received. I'm typing this on behalf of my mother who purchased the IndeeLift HFL for my Father who is starting to fall more and more. I could go on and on about how much Andy and his company have exceeded expectation but I'll just paste the email from Mom to us siblings below: "The owner, Andy, was a delightful young man and he assembled the lift and it is set to go. It fit perfectly in dad’s closet where the bench was before. I honestly believe that this is an answer to prayer as I try to keep your dad at home forever in the sunshine on the deck!" You see, we were trying to get this product to Savannah from Atlanta and given COVID and the holiday season, the typical shipping companies weren't able to come through.
