I ordered from LiveOakMed because of the fact that they stocked the device that I was looking for where as others on the web needed weeks to order it, receive it and get iit, and prepare it for shipment. As promised, LiveOakMed had my device shipped on the day that it was ordered… Great job so far LiveOakMed!

I called to place this order. The representative was very helpful. He answered all my questions. I felt very satisfied that I had ordered the right product. The lift was put in the mail the next day. Very efficient.

The product was easy to order, came as described, tracking was provided, and it came sooner than expected when ordered.

The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.
