So far kindred had been really great to deal with. Their concierge service is excellent and very responsive. I've not had any negative hosting sessions. Kindred seems to have a zero tolerance policy towards bad actors, Ive not experienced anything negative thus far, but if I do I hope they will handle it accordingly.

Kindred is an amazing community of people who share their homes. We’ve hosted for more than 30 nights, and I love that we’re able to keep people out of Airbnb and not contribute to the decimation of the local housing community.
