Joining Kindred was one of the best things we ever did! The members of the community are incredibly kind, generous, and very thoughtful. It is allowed us to explore new cities, travel with confidence and have the feel of a “home away from home”. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to think outside the box for travel options.

Kindred is simply genius. I love travelling but it can be very very expensive. I do however own an untapped asset while I’m away and that’s my own home. Kindred make is so so easy to join and start hosting. Their expectations are high but totally achievable and sensible (such as clear surfaces but by all means leave your home as it is - people know they are staying in your home not a hotel. The more people who join the bigger the community - the more places to stay. It’s for us a no brainer and the concierge team are brilliant, always on hand to answer a query.

Amazing platform. It feels a little scarry to start with uploading your house, sharing your private life. It helps that everyone needs to do this. The app guides you flawlessly to all steps, from start through first hosting. The chat with AI concierge works perfectly and if necessary, customer service via email is fast and helpful. The real life direct contact with hosts or guests via chat - and a video call to meet is recommended - makes communication easy and builds trust. Love it!
