Ordered pizza online on Sunday in 78418 zip code and they said it would be ready around 742pm we went at 8pm and it wasn't ready then went back again and it was about 830 by then and lady tells me 15 more minutes she will drop it right now. We went back again about 930 and she says oh sorry I will drop it now. We went back at 10pm still not ready. Waited til 1030 and finally got pizza they gave me free Italian bread and a soda for the wait but it was horrible plus i never even got an email to tell me it was ready even after i picked it up. Most horrible experience glad I only live 2 minutes away but was very hungry and would have canceled if I hadn't already paid for it. Plus if employees had given me a true time instead of lying to appease me more customers wouldn't have been mad. Granted they only had 4 employees working also but still just bad for everyone altogether.

I went in there Wednesday night and wanted to order ICB and crazy bread, the girl working told me that they aren’t making anymore crazy bread at 8pm so I just ordered 2 ICB and then a group of guys came in and asked for 5 pepperoni and crazy bread so they made crazy bread for the group of guys but not me the girl was a little bit bigger and long lashes and black hair will some blonde.she also kept walking by me and rolled her eyes at me a couple times

They are all good working people they have been so Nice to me they have a name for me it’s snoop dog That’s all I want to say thank you to little Caesars

I can see why Little Caesar’s closed a couple stores in York, PA area! The specially the one on South Queen Street!I A couple months ago I saw a commercial and had to get a pizza. I ordered and paid for one online and waited for it to be made before going there. The guy at the counter asked me why I was there and had to verify my order before starting to make it. I told him it’s already paid for so it should be ready. He said they don’t do it that way. After they made the pizza I told him if I wouldn’t have already paid for I I would have left. I told him the place has a pretty stupid way of doing business and he didn’t don’t even have a mask on and the guy making the pizzas down don’t know how to wear one. They are no longer there.

The customer service is horrible I even said excuse me to the lady and she totally ignored me I stood there like 15 minutes before she came to help me she even turned around and looked at so I know she knew I was there if the pizza wasn't so good I'd most likely wouldn't be returning

Most places I go to have been great. I still prefer Little Caesars over pizza hut and domino’s any day of the week. I miss the big foot pizza though. Takes me back to the 90s!

Cannot understand why I keep going back. Going to make it a point to order from another pizza place. Some employees not wearing masks or gloves, and if they had a mask it was on their chin. Health department should visit in the evenings. Employee went outside came in and went to register, did not wash hands. It appeared the staff not wearing mask was a supervisor because she kept walking around. HEALTH DEPT WHERE ARE YOU.

The pizza was great back in the day. but now after they reopened the pizza is dry over salted and way to spicy I had heart burn for a week after eating the dried out pizza .it was like eating a card board box..
