First time delivery, took an hour and 37 mins. Store never answered. 15 minute hold on doordash and 13 minute hold on little caesars. Doordash sucks from delivery to customer service, PERIOD!

Worst human beings ever. Me and my family just moved to campbellsville KY. We're having trouble getting on our feet after listening to for hours to by disabled brother cry for hours I sucked up my pride called them to ask if they had any left over pizzas or mistakes at end of night which point I was told it was against policy had to throw in dumpster and on a personal note a rude lady suggested I get a job. Well I have job just tough time shame on u disgusting corp and employees beg who ever reads there get a frozen pizza don't support this selfish Corp and godless employees thx for nothing little chasers.

23 Oct 2021: Never order a delivery from Little Caesar’s. They use Doordash and the app fails. You pay your money and then don’t deliver. When you call they point fingers and blame each other. Bottom line, you’re out $32, they split the money and laugh all the way to the bank.

Treats their customers like absolute garbage. This establishment is down right disrespectful, rude and is not family friendly. Having multiple customers waiting over an hour for their Little Caesars order, and the staff are literally YELLING at the customers so loud we can hear them OUTSIDE that they are NOT ALLOWED to have refunds so they can go home and have their evening with their families only shows how in over their head the Manager truly is and that they are not businesses smart at all. There is absolutely no way, and no reason, we will ever order Little Caesars again.

First the website added the brownie thing to my order when i said I didn't want it. Then the delivery person left my food on the ground outside without so much as knocking on my door, even though I checked the box to have it handed to me. Delivery person said in a text that he didn't care, because he doesn't want Covid, of course that's why we wear masks isn't it. I wouldn't eat their sub-par food again if it were the last take out place on the planet... Of course, all this was after I was charged a $3.00 service fee, whatever that's supposed to trick me into thinking, then a $3.00 Delivery fee, and a tip on top of that... nice going Little Caesars!!!

Went to little Caesars (87 Stigler Rd. Gahanna, Ohio.) I ordered cheese bread. I also noticed the two ladies working up front. They didn't use any gloves at all. One of the ladies went to her car fell to wash her hands. When I informed her, she lie and she washed her hands. Not to mention the two ladies were laying on the cutting table on their cells. Phones are dirty.

The little Caesar in conyers Georgia is the worst! Pizza half burned and lopsided 80% of the time. I called and complained to the headquarters 3 times. No one called or contacted me on any way. Horrible customer service. Time to go to another pizza shop luckily there is many that are better than lil Caesar !

Online orderers beware. They will say they will refund you for a terrible order (pizza was inedible and NOT thoroughly cooked- I paid $30 for the order!!), but they won't! They'll tell you the manager will call you, but they won't. They'll pass you on to the store owner, whom will then pass you on to corporate. How does the store owner not honor that?! Thy are the worst pizza I've ever had- which, I couldn't eat more then a bite.
