I ordered pizza and barbecue wings from the store in orange nj, it was 11 at night. My daughter noticed the barbecue wings were not there. I called customer service a week later, got a claim number and it’s been about 3 months now I’m still waiting for my refund.

I love the pizza with the garlic sauce

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread by phone, asking for heart attack on one pizza and both orders of crazy bread. I also asked for marinara and parmesan cheese with my order. They told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. It takes me about that long to get to the location I ordered from, so I got on the road. When I got there, I paid for my order and waited. And waited. AND WAITED. I asked how much longer it would be (at the l5 minute time), and was told they were waiting on my bread. So I continued waiting... At the 30 minute point, I asked again what the delay was, and agsing was told they were waiting on the bread. I was angry by this time, and said I didn't care what the holdup was, that it had already been twice the time they said it would take. Another customer heard our talk, and his order was provided before mine. He mentioned to them that they should offer me a 2 ltr pop since I had been waiting so long. I thanked him as he left. And again - I waited. A few minutes later, one of the employees said I could have a 2 liter of my choice, which I got, and sat back down. About 10 more minutes went by, and they called me up to get my food. I got it and left. When I got home, I realized they had not provided any parmesan cheese, and there was no, or possibly extremely little, heart attack on either pizza. I will NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT LOCATION AGAIN. There were 7 employees working, and it took almost an hour to get my order, and get it right. This was completely ridiculous, extremely poor service, and there was NO sympathy or compassion shown by anyone working there. They need to reevaluate their priorities, and management should be looking into every employee at this location (1414 NW Sheridan Rd., Lawton, OK).

Ordered 3 pizzas. Doordash delivered 2 pizzas and blamed Little Caesars. Little Caesars blames Doordash. Neither would provide a remedy.

I’m high risk for Covid-19. Little Caesers refuses curbside pickup and unmasked customers roam freely in the store. I’m not risking my life for a pizza. Way to protect and appreciate your loyal customers. NEVER again!!!

I ordered pizza online, they tried to send my order from somewhere else. I called to cancel and went for myself but they still charged my card. They never gave me a refund, they have very poor customer service and bad online service as well. I will never order delivery again, online from Little Caesars just a terrible company. I never received a refund on my card,I never received any pizza at all. The pizza order date was May 4, 2020, I have been calling and leaving emails with no response. I finally talked to a live person, on May 12, 2020. My conformation number is: 76384, but I never received a refund on my card.

I wanted to send a note of appreciation and acknowledgement to the store on Merricamp Road in Ocala, Fl. I live about a mile from another Little Ceasar Store, however, after 2 not so good experiences, I now drive 12 miles to go to the store on Merricamp Road approx 2-3 times a month because of the efficiency, cleanliness and the professional and courtesy from the staff. Ivy, Ty and the 3rd girl whose name I wasn't able to catch. They were working on Sunday, May 17th around 5:15pm. Any time I go to this location, they recognize me, and I feel like I'm walking into a neighborhood pizza shop like you have up north. The girls are always busy, but you would never know, because they treat everyone as if they were the only one in the store. Next, the Pizza, the Thin Crust Supreme always has a crispy crust (yummy), plenty of toppings (they don't scrimp on the toppings) and made to order, translating into hot as it should be. HOT, CRISPY AND PLENTY OF TOPPINGS IN EACH BITE. To the manager of this store, you are doing really great, because those under you reflect on your management, and they are so professional every time. Since the restaurant hired new people. The crew is friendly and great. Goes above and beyond their duties.
