I first got a tote bag (as a gift). It was everything I wanted and more - strong/durable and great quality. I've since purchased a pillow and blanket as gifts (the blankets are SOOOO soft). Great products, great communication - so glad I found Litographs

Your inaugural items state “Includes the inaugural addresses from the first 44 and the 46th Presidents of the United States.” You just lost a customer. Lots of presidents I didn’t like but willing to get scarf until you played childish games.

What a hoot it is. I got it as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She grew up reading Nancy Drew, which her cousin had. She had always wanted her own set. I been buying new and used to build her own collection. When I saw the Nancy Drew lap blanket, I had to get it for her It is all about the memories of your favorite reads.

Inaccurate description of the product: No, you can’t read the entire book, neither the product has the name of the book or author. I bought the scarf, maybe the t shirts or blankets are different.

Hi, Gaby! I'm sorry for your disappointment here! For our scarves, we essentially take a scarf-sized bite of the larger fabric. I'm really sorry if this wasn't what you were expecting. The neat thing is that nobody in the world has the same scarf as you! Anyway, we of course want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you'd like to make an exchange (posters are our most seamless read of a product) or return, please respond to the email I just sent you.

Similar to a previous 1-star post on 12/17. I ordered on 12/6. Stated an estimated shipping date of 12/16. Shirt was a t-shirt that existed on their website. Not a special order text. 12/19 and website still states “order is being processed.” I waited to email this morning as I thought it might update on Monday, as the 16th was a Saturday. So no, they have not had 24 hours to respond, but my gift will not get here before we leave town for Christmas. Unfortunate experience from a company that seems to do mostly good work based on reviews. Will have to find a way to get money back.
Response from LitographsDec 19, 2023
Hi, Anthony! Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the delay. As you stated, will always respond directly within 24 hours (it's only been 3, and I have already checked on the status of your order with my supervisor). Our main priority right now is delivery by Christmas Eve. Our estimated ship dates are not guarantees. Even though the t-shirt was displayed on the site, every single item is printed on demand, and is unique. That's what makes Litographs such cool gifts! Anyway, I will respond directly with more information once I have it, but we will stay true to our word. If it's not there by Christmas Eve, you will receive a full refund.

So many reasons to love Litographs! Every single item I have ordered is top quality and completely engaging. I can match my gifts precisely to the people I love - and with a wide range of categories (both of types of products and authors), it's easy to pick something perfect. My writer daughter is teaching a class that includes Virginia Woolf (one of her favorite authors), so I sent her a blanket of "Mrs. Dalloway". She and her partner are so happy! I have also contacted the staff to ask about adding more diversity, especially with feminist and internationally acclaimed writers like Jhumpa Lahiri and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, and they responded to me immediately and positively. I recommend Litographs wholeheartedly!

Cost versus comfort/quality of the pillow. I doubt I would have bought it if i knew how rough the material was. No one would ever want to lay their head on the pillow.. nice idea but it could be improved a lot

Hi, Tim! Thank you for your order! I'm sorry for the disappointment. Our pillows are primarily decorative, but if you are not satisfied with it we will of course accept a return or exchange (and feel free to email [email protected] for help with that!)
