LIT MethodReviews of litmethod.com

Full System We bought the full sauna and plunge experience and have been loving it. The sauna was straight forward to build and we were able to complete assembly and use it the same day it arrived. The plunge only took about 20 minutes to setup. I did a lot of research before buying and the customer service at LIT sold me on the product. The answered all of my questions and helped me layout my space in my backyard where each product would go. Would suggest booking a demo so you can get a rundown of all the features. This is a system we will use for years to come. Highly recommend!

We bought the Titan 6KW WiFi sauna after trying it at a local business in our area. What we really loved about the product was the dual heat functionality and being able to do red light therapy with both. Assembly was fairly easy as I build everything around our house! Traditional sauna: You can get the unit up to around 200 degrees after about 40 minutes of heating time. My favorite part is adding water to the rocks to create steam like you would find at your hotel or local gym. This unit gets really hot so be prepared to sweat! Infrared heat: This will take around 45 minutes to each 155 degrees and pairs very nicely with the red light therapy and music. Overall the sauna has been a great fit for us and we are pleased with the service and product experience. We have recommended to all our friends. Steph & Dani

I love the sauna and cold plunges and customer service is great!

We love our sauna (Beauty Box) from Litmethod! We got it for Christmas and We use it daily…the infrared and red lights are amazing. Speakers are awesome with Bluetooth! Litmethod is legit! Customer service is amazing too! I wouldn’t buy from anyone else! We highly recommend them…you won’t be disappointed!

I wanted a fitness brand that prioritizes longevity. I've used LIT equipment and classes for the last 10 years, and the way it has evolved with the needs of my changing body is incredible. I don't even remember the last time I was injured because the experience is also rooted in physical therapy and recovery. That was the best part of the strength machine...getting stronger and then being able to protect that progress with the rest of the LIT product suite. I'm just now starting on the contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge) phase and I'm truly in love with it. So rare to find a brand you have a long term relationship with like this.

I love this company. Initially bought their LIT Rower and Axis smart system for my home gym - fit in perfectly! Then bought one of their higher end sauna's and absolutely in love with it! the quality and durability really stands out compared to others on the market. Would highly recommend. Very competitively priced for the product you receive.

I have several LIT products including the rower, resistance bands and sauna. Amazing quality! They look great in my home gym - worth every dollar! And their team is quick to respond and absolutely lovely to communicate with!

We bought 3 sauna cold plunge bundles from LIT for our small gym recovery room. The LIT team walked us through choosing the best options for us based on use frequency and sauna features. Most of all they helped with sizing specs, looked at our floor plan and were able to provide guarantees that everything will fit and there will be no surprises as we were limited in space. Delivery took a little over 5 weeks.
