Title: Commercial Cold Plunge I've been using this cold plunge consistently for several months, and it's become one of the best wellness investments I've made. Before buying, I compared several brands and was looking for something that offered reliable temperature control, solid build quality, and low maintenance. This unit has met those expectations. The water stays consistently cold, the filtration system has kept maintenance straightforward, and the overall construction feels durable and well engineered. Setup was simpler than I expected, and the instructions were clear enough that I had everything running quickly. From a performance standpoint, the chiller reaches and maintains my target temperature without issue, even during warmer weather. It's also noticeably quieter than I anticipated, which makes it easy to use early in the morning without disturbing anyone. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I've had questions. The team provided helpful answers without trying to upsell or rush me, which gave me additional confidence in the company.

Great customer service with this company and a fantastic product. We just got it set up and we're really pleased with it. We had a couple of questions along the way with the build and they were very responsive in customer service and that was a welcome change for most interactions we have with customer service. Definitely a happy customer.

We spent months researching commercial cold plunges and sauna systems before choosing LIT Method and it was the best decision we made for our business. They helped build the entire contrast therapy system with floor plan, design, equipment selection and even pricing to our current members. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure you set your system up the right way. Can’t say enough great things about working with them.

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and everyone at the team deserves credit. I will admit, I was a little bit worried spending over $20,000 on a sauna and cold plunge but I have no regrets. Clearly the product and customer experience team have spent time perfecting their process and delivered an amazing product experience.  Ordering: I booked a virtual demo with a representative who walked me through all the different features on the sauna (there’s a lot). I decided to go with the 8KW wifi harvia heater and all black stealth luxe cold plunge. I love the variety to be able to do traditional heat on the weekends and infrared sauna on the weekdays before bed. I pair both of these with red light therapy and the rep at LIT walked me through how to create a structured routine with the cold plunge as well. I have been using the product for months and have never felt better.  Delivery: It took about two weeks to receive my order from the time I placed it. Once I purchased, the customer support team sent me an email to confirm my shipping details and provided me with instructions on how to schedule delivery. The delivery team contacted me a few days before it was delivered and dropped it off directly on my driveway. I would have loved this in the garage but they weren’t able to squeeze it in without unboxing the top so it had to be left in the driveway. Not a big deal but make sure you clear space if you want this delivered inside the driveway. Assembly: I have a handyman who was able to build the sauna in a little over two hours with the provided directions and video instructions. The unit is made of high quality materials and required 2 people to build it and my handyman said the unit was very nice and can handle all outdoor elements. He has been doing projects for me for many years so I knew this would be an easy project for him. Electrical: I had to hire an electrician to install the required electrical for the units based on the spec sheets that I downloaded from the website. I had this done prior to the unit being installed and everything was easy to follow and connect to the harvia stove. Everything was provided for the electrician to connect the heater in the kit that was sent with the sauna. I was able to connect directly to the unit with wifi which has been great with setting a schedule.  If you are looking for a high quality sauna and great service, this company clearly has it figured out. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will continue recommending the titan and cold plunge to anyone looking for an outdoor combo.

Exceeded my expectations.

Love their commercial products, very high quality and great customer service.
