I've been extremely impressed with LIT's Sauna and Cold Plunge. Both products feel exceptionally well built, look beautiful, and perform exactly as expected. The sauna heats quickly and maintains a comfortable, consistent temperature, while the cold plunge stays reliably cold and is incredibly refreshing. It's clear that LIT put a lot of thought into both the quality and the overall user experience. I would absolutely recommend their products to anyone looking to create a premium recovery setup at home or for their business.

Partnering with LitMethod has been one of the best decisions we’ve made at 555 Vitae. We purchased their red light and infrared saunas, cold plunges, and red light bed, and every product has exceeded our expectations. The delivery, installation, and ongoing support have been second to none. Our clients love the experience, and we’ve gained incredible operational efficiency through our partnership. Highly recommended.

I am obsessed with the red light in my sauna and it’s one of the main reasons I went with LIT. The sauna holds temp extremely well and is easy to use.

A few months ago, I was researching recovery studios and decided to call Lit Method. From my very first conversation with Jay, I knew I was dealing with someone who truly understood the industry and the products he represented. Jay was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered every question I had and provided detailed information about each product. After I shared my goals and vision, he gave honest recommendations based on what he genuinely believed would work best for my situation rather than simply trying to make a sale. We later scheduled a meeting, and the entire purchasing process was seamless. Jay made everything easy and stress-free. When my cold plunge and infrared red light therapy sauna arrived, assembly was straightforward, and even now, he continues to be available whenever I have questions or need support. This has been an amazing journey, and I have a feeling Jay will continue to be a valuable resource as I grow my cold plunge and sauna business. He takes great pride in what he does, genuinely cares about his customers, and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend Jay and am grateful for the opportunity to do business with him. If you're considering a purchase from Lit Method, you can feel confident knowing you're in good hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jason has been exceptional to work with throughout the process of purchasing our new LIT Method cold plunge. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and always easy to reach. He took the time to walk me through the different plunge options for my spa, explained how they could be integrated into our business, and showed just how user-friendly the system is. Most importantly, he never rushed my questions. Even after the purchase, whenever I have a question or need assistance, Jason is quick to respond with helpful, knowledgeable solutions. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and the company. That level of support and dedication has made this a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend working with him.
