Don't expect it to be easy to cancel your subscription. When we did it.in 2017-2019 the books were pretty good and they delivered them consistently. This time they missed multiple months. Now it has been a nightmare to cancel. They make you talk to a bot for 10m before they will transfer you t a live agent. I gave up after 15m and emailed them fingers crossed they actually cancel it. They gave me a hard time when I tired to cancel it in 2018 as well. Stay away from this scammy comapny

It was very difficult to cancel my subscription. I subscribed and didnt get any book box shipments when they were supposed to ship. I got an email from the company stating they would be shipped the following week. They had still not been boxed or shipped the following friday so I tried to unsubscribe through their website. When you click unsubscribe it opens a chat with an AI agent that took a very long time to get each reply from. Then it sent me to a live agent chat and they would not unsubscribe me. They asked me multiple questions about why and what could they do and the whole process took about a half hour. Way too long to simply unsubscribe from a service.

I just finished my 6th Literati Book Fair, and it was the best one yet!!! (And that says A LOT, because the first 5 were pretty amazing!) The selection of quality books and products, the huge selection available online, the fun themes that change with each season, the ease of set-up/running/pack-up, the customer service and help available....There is so much to love! I already can't wait for the next one. Thank you, Literati, for making a Book Fair so wonderful for EVERYONE!

Love Literati Book Fairs! Set up/take down is so quick and easy! I love that it is all contained to their easy to open cases that don't require extra pieces, or extra table space, so pop open and you're done! The books selection is great, with lots of choices for all readers, and the way the cases are categorized makes things easy to find for our readers. I also love that we get to select the book categories that make the most sense for our readers, and it's not a "one size fits all" approach. The videos make the whole process a breeze, so you feel like you know what to expect going into the fair, and the representatives from Literati I have worked with have been super helpful in making sure I have what I need, and that all my questions are answered. Can't wait for our next Literati Book Fair!

I especially appreciate Literati’s Open Book, which offers beautiful, practical resources that help ensure our book fair is successful year after year. It adds that extra special touch we need to bring our book fair to life for our readers. On delivery day, the setup process is smooth and straightforward. The tools provided make it easy to stay organized and feel confident without becoming overwhelmed. Everything just makes sense, and it’s simple to get the fair into place for previews and opening day. I never feel nervous about our Literati Book Fair because I know we have the support we need onsite and online. They are always in contact with us from the start. One of my absolute favorite parts of Literati Book Fairs is the quality and diversity of the book selection. Our students are always excited to walk into the library and explore the fair. They run to the cases and immediately take books off the shelves that appeal to them. The collection is a thoughtful blend of high-interest, diverse, and engaging titles that appeal to readers across all grade levels. It is incredibly rewarding to see every child find books they are excited to take home and to see families equally delighted as they shop together. In the end, Literati Book Fairs are more than an event on our school calendar. They are a celebration of readers, curiosity, and community and a true partner in making literacy meaningful for every child and family we serve. Each fair leaves behind something lasting...a new favorite book, a spark of confidence, or a lifelong love of reading. We have not received our book yet and I'm not impressed. First the gift card for the children and the book fair is just down right confusing. My daughter did not get use her gift card. There was no log in, no way for me to send it to her teacher etc. so, she never used it. I just got online to order a book to use up that card that my daughter didn't get to use. the free shipping to school option that scholastics had is not something offered. That's horrible! After fighting with the website, it lags sooo bad, I added a book and the book club. Pressed pay, and boom! The club is not available and I just sent through for one book! ONE book! Had I of known that the club was not available, I would have used that card up with another book so that I didn't have to pay shipping twice. I want scholastic back!!!

This was my first time working with Literati, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly organized and seamless. Chuck was absolutely amazing—he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made navigating the portal so easy. The book fair setup week was smooth, stress-free, and honestly refreshing! Both staff and students LOVED the book selection and the simple, user-friendly shopping experience. Literati stayed in constant communication throughout the entire week, gave us a shoutout on social media, and even purchased books from every teacher’s wish list—which was such a meaningful and generous touch. As a school librarian I have been very happy with their book fairs. I love the book selection, and it has been getting better each year. Setting up and running the fair is as easy as it can be. My customer service reps have been responsive and helpful to our needs.
