I paid $1,500 for a “done‑for‑you” cold email campaign. I was pushed to buy by being told the price would go up the next day. Months later, I saw the same offer still at $1,500, which made that urgency feel pretty misleading besdies their terrible service. The campaign itself massively underdelivered. Results were extremely poor with emails going to plumbers and grocery stores. I complained and the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of trying to troubleshoot or improve things, I was basically told it was my fault becauseI wasnt giving it enough time to correct. So I'm supposed to pay to fix their AI promise?? On top of that, the email copy and the supposedly “triple‑verified” contacts weren’t my targets for my business that thye promies would be better than my own database. I would not work with this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to others. Then they use thier contract to say- we know we suck, but you agreed to us being crappy and thats just too bad!

Great tool, they have great resources that got me dozens of interested replies to my campaign and several sales calls. Good for anyone from beginners to experts, they make the process super easy.

ListKit has been a gamechanger. The tech side of cold outreach has always been a limiting factor for me but ListKit solved this issue and made it so easy to get started. On my first campaign I got 16 positive replies, some from huge companies who fit my ICP. I'm still kind of in shock at how easy it was and that it worked so well.

When I started I knew nothing about running cold email. Total beginner. The team at Listkit, Francois, Christian and Andre helped me get to the point of actually closing my very first deal. I got 3 leads my first week. They're also constantly updating the education modules and doing office hours. If you do the work you will see the results. They take the guesswork out of it. Can't recommend them enough.

Easy Setup + amazing Slack Community. I've started sending out my campaigns this week and had 15 positive replies in around 24 hours. The main driver was asking questions to the team around andre, christian etc. before launching my campaigns and getting feedback on the copy, replies etc. imho this is soooo valuable besides all the other stuff you get with listkit.

So far I've gotten 17 positive responses from one of my first campaigns. The entire process has been really simple and feels like it was kind of put in my lap. It's very clear that they genuinely want you to succeed.

Terrible experience with ListKit. Buyer beware. We signed up based on promises that their team would become a meaningful extension of ours, including developing real knowledge of our product and sales process. That never happened. We paid for two callers. It took ListKit two months just to provide both of them. The people assigned to us showed little enthusiasm, little initiative, and never developed the level of product knowledge we were promised. When we finally asked for a refund, instead of addressing the problem, ListKit gave us a third caller who was no better. We gave them four months, made a significant financial investment, and gave them multiple opportunities to improve. Nothing materially changed. The service did not work for us, and more importantly, the experience did not come close to what we were sold. My biggest issue isn't simply that the program failed to produce results. Programs fail. It's that there was a huge gap between the service ListKit promised during the sales process and the service they actually delivered after we became a customer. We would not use ListKit again, and based on our experience, I would strongly caution other businesses considering them.
