I've had my ListenClear hearing aids for almost 8 months now and am very pleased with the results. Customer service was very helpful during my 30-day trial period and afterwards when I had questions/issues that needed to be addressed. Haven't spoken with anyone for quite some time now but have complete confidence in their ability to address any future concerns I might have.

I was happy there was a trial period to try the hearing aids. I really like them. There are many instances of conversation improvements.

Good to work with

Right aid works fine ,,but left doesn't work at all . Listen clear tried many times to solve this to no avail. My problrm is they refuse to refund the money for the one that doesn't work. Their excuse is it is out of their return policy. I went along with the different attempts to try to get it to work.

There OK I like them when I watch TV because I can hear what is being said and just not hearing noise there’s other times I can’t wear them they’re too much

They work as well as the high dollar once I had from the hearing doctor.
