This is not a fake review. I place an order with this company and they took my money and did not my order . I have emailed and called and left messages as no response. And the last update was on October 6 and haven’t heard anything since so if you’re gonna order anything from this company, I will be very careful because you may not get your merchandise.

These guys are complete scam artists! Do not buy anything from them! I purchase 3 bottles worth $600 and they only sent me 1. Never responded to my emails, calls, chats. Put these guy out of business NOW!!

Placed an order on 9/2/2026 for 725$ and never shipped. Multiple emails and voicemails to them and not one response. Had to call my credit card today and placed a fraud payment on it to try for my money back. Stay away from this company. They had sent me a few bottles on past orders and they were lower end bottles, but once I place for 300$+ bottles, nothing…

I must have become complacent after 3 successful orders. My 4th was not good. After placing another $600 order they shipped the 4 bottles of buffalo trace for $95 but did not ship the higher end 3 bottles for roughly $500. The chat I enjoyed using all of sudden became quiet. 4 attempts later and still no contact. Website still says waiting fulfillment. I have to wait 30 days(order was made on 9/5) before I can file an issue with the shop APP. So it will be a while until I get my money back and it will more than likely involve contacting my CC company. Its a shame because my 1st 3 orders were OK. They took forever but they had the bottles I wanted and they eventually got there

I definitely would never attempt to buy anything from them again. They never complete your order and are basically thieves.

Ordered 4 bottles. No confirmation was provided. I emailed 3 times over a week to confirm my order. No response at all. I had to formally dispute with my credit card company. There are plenty of good 2nd market online retails. These guys aren’t one. Stay away

Ordered a bottle of bourbon on July 6th. Received an e-mail saying it would be shipped out the following Monday. It is now a month later and still no bottle or shipping info. My e-mails go unanswered and am unable to reach anyone by phone. The initial e-mail said that if I wanted to cancel the order that there would be a 15% restocking fee and now I am wondering if they are just looking for 15% on every purchase. Hard to collect a restocking fee on a bottle that they never actually had in stock. I would 100% never do business with them again.

I ordered a bottle in February and the fulfillment status shows "partial" and I have reached out several times to find out the status of my order with no response. As this was not an inexpensive purchase, it is not something that should just be ignored.
