Very happy
None of the questions seemed like trick questions, and were easy as long as you paid attention. The voice was easy to understand and didn't go too slow or too fast. The information was actually put in a way I could understand and recieved it in a good pace. I feel like some of the slides repeat information some, I answered ths same question for the same scenario twice, but overall very happy with my experience.

Good videos
Good videos, guides, and quizzes. Some topics not covered on the final exam like whether security also needs to be certified or not. But overall, good coverage.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the training can feel lengthy and repetitive. Course length is established by state requirements, so we are required to provide the full mandated training time and content. Some repetition is also intentional, as reinforcing key concepts is a proven learning method and helps improve retention of important food and alcohol safety and compliance information.

Inexpensive, Simple Common sense, Mobile friendly
Excellent value - All mobile device friendly. Easy to understand information and common sense scenarios with no more than 4 multiple choice answers. Split into sections that seemed very quick to finish. Also, ability to exit and resume the course at any time & as many times as needed without penalty is especially beneficial to the ADHD prone .

The test and exam site were put…
The test and exam site were put together well. To try and retrieve my information was nit easy and I don't understand how the proof of test works. It showed a green check that it was dine but when I clicked ok the green check went away, like I haven't completed it.

Easily understandable
Training was very similar to the serve Safe course but explained a lot of the topics better. I’ve taken the Tips Training serve Safe and now this Training and I would have to say that this one was the best and easiest to understand. Even though it was repetitive on things I’ve already learned. I enjoyed it. Thank you!
