It's was a very informative course
It's was a very informative course. Easy to understand and work through. It's a bit lengthy but totally doable.Great pricing .

Good videos
Good videos, guides, and quizzes. Some topics not covered on the final exam like whether security also needs to be certified or not. But overall, good coverage.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the training can feel lengthy and repetitive. Course length is established by state requirements, so we are required to provide the full mandated training time and content. Some repetition is also intentional, as reinforcing key concepts is a proven learning method and helps improve retention of important food and alcohol safety and compliance information.

Long but worthwhile
There were a couple of places in the New York presentation where audio stopped abruptly - it would help to have a notice about the change. The scenarios were helpful. Overall it took longer than k expected. Maybe pitch it as a 3-hour exam.
