I ordered a Radial ProD2 Stereo Passive Direct Box directly from liquidaudio.us recently (order #3871). There was an issue with my delivery (at no fault of Liquid Audio); however, once I notified customer service team of the issue, they promptly opened a case with USPS to work to resolve the matter. Once resolved with USPS they sent me a replacement swiftly and I received it today. Throughout the experience the customer service and communication was warm, helpful, and quick to respond. This was an overwhelmingly positive experience and I would highly recommend this retailer. I truly appreciate the efforts of their customer service team.
