Shipping was fast, but it did not ship out for 4 or 5 days; if u get it out right away that’s good customer service, otherwise just so so!!! Mark w

Sent the wrong item at first but corrected it, after I sent back the previous item (took a little while)

I was a little disappointed in the way my recent purchase was shipped. The midi controller I purchased was shipping in just its factory packaging; not shipped in a box with packaging material. The factory box was rather beat up when it arrived.

I ordered two identical ukulele's with two identical prices. One. was supposed to come with a tuner (it did)the other a bag case (it did not)

I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.

I ordered a pre-wired set of DiMarzio pickups on Jan 4th with free two day shipping and did not get them until Jan 11 I believe this was because though they were shown as in stock at LiqAu they were not so were searched for then drop-shipped from elsewhere (tracking showed an Amazon warehouse in Denver I believe) ..also the volume/tone knobs were shown in the picture as the numbered style (which I wanted) and instead they were plain black which is more on DiMarzio I guess

Ordered item online but received email within 48 hours that the item "was found to be damaged" before they sent it, and so my money was returned. Even though I was very disappointed that they had posted an item that was damaged, at least they let me know immediately and refunded my money.
