Can’t give less then one star or I would.I called to make sure you had my item in stock and was guarenteed you did and told it was sealed and never opened So I canceled my order and lost weeks on a wait list and ordered from you Then you decide you don’t really have this I am fuming You have done nothing to compensate me and I am honestly furious Bad appropriate on line reviews will follow if someone does not take the time to properly address this all with me HM MD

Dear Liquid Audio, I did receive a package from you today, however it contained only one of the two 18” calfskin bongo heads I paid for and the head was folded in half, which may render it useless. Therefore, I have to give you the lowest rating. Why did I only receive one and why was it shipped in a long box instead of a large flat box? I am a professional musician and desperately needed this head for upcoming shows and a recording session. As I recall, there were only two available, so I decided to get both so I would have an extra for the future. At the very least, I need a refund for the second head. If this head splits when I stretch it, I’ll want all my money back.

I never received the product I ordered, even though my order was confirmed via email. I called Liquid Audio, but no one answered the phone. I left voice messages, but no one answered them. I emailed, but no one responded. Fortunately, my bank got my money back. Liquid Audio is a complete disappointment.

I never received a confirmation email or any kind of explanation about what happened with my order. I can only assume it was cancelled based on my bank statement. Would have been nice to receive an email that the item was unavailable.

Terrible - awful communication, purchased an item - needed it for an event this weekend, they are located in NJ why I bought it in my own state - it’s been a week no item delivered , ignored my emails after responding to the first after showing confirmation- the item was phase ultimate bundle.. nice job ruining my gig.

Ordered a product that was promised to be delivered within 2 days. On the third day I got an email stating the product was not going to be shipped due to the warehouse being out of stock. I feel this was bad inventory management and the company should have known prior to accepting my order or notifying me the same day so I could purchase from another company.

The company lied about a truck running over the item I purchased. It was disappointing this was my first experience with this company.
