I got a great deal and I reached out to the company through email inquiring about my delivery date. I received a Prompt response giving me an approximation delivery schedule and I am happy to say that my beautiful orange combo amp just arrived at my front door and it is in perfect condition. I reached out to sales by email about a particular product up front, said I was ready to buy and they made me a good offer. I normally don’t do reviews, but I had to make an exception. I loved that I was able to get the help I needed when it came to the discount code for my order. The person that I chatted with was in top of it. He wasn’t able to get the code to work right away. Once he got it I was notified by email with one. I was able to place my order without any problems.
