Lip MonthlyReviews of lipmonthly.com

I recommend it to those looking for lip products. Ipsy gave me new stuff rarely, but the bundle of new stuff was awesome!

Would keep ordering it.... Really nice lippys

Colors matched what I liked except for like one item that doesn't work with my skin tone, great products otherwise though :)

I’m not sure what happened with other customers but my experience was perfect. I loved ALL the products, Delivery was quicker than expected. Please have patience I’m sure they are working on the issues.

Do not order this subscription. While it appears to be a fun way to try products, the products do not delivery. Paid for in Dec 2018 for delivery in Jan 2019, while package shows shipped it was never recieved. Contacted lip monthly, their reply was theu have no resposibilty after product supposedly leaves for shipping. So basically you get to play lip monthly lottery by paying for a subscription then being surprised by if you actually receive products. Please report to BBB if this is your experience. This is consumer fraud. This company is promising products, failing to deliver, stealing consumers money.

I signed up in October but the first bag was not mailed until December. Apparently they changed systems and did not fix it properly and I had to contact them weekly to find out where my product was. I was told that it was coming sometime soon. It took two and a half weeks for the bag to be delivered when it finally shipped in December. Unfortunately by then I had moved and the bag was not forwarded. Keep in mind, I moved two days before it finally arrived, over two weeks after I received a shipping number and I knew I was moving and changed my shipping address before the shipping label was created. I understand this is ultimately my responsibility on the first bag. However, I changed my address with them almost a month before the next bag was meant to ship. Apparently, you need to do that the month before the bag ships because their warehouse and customer management systems aren't linked and nothing gets updated, so my second bag was never received. The third was sent to the wrong address because the warehouse never updated. I was told that it was not their problem that things take so long to ship or that it takes over a month for address changes to go into effect. In the end I was remailed the third bag after a very long time on chat, but I am still out the first two and was told that they aren't concerned they lost a customer, it is still not their responsibility to make sure their product was received. I had signed up for a six month subscription and was told no refunds on the remaining even though there is no guarantee that I will actually get what I paid for. Ultimately, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Most companies will at least try to work with you and every other subscription I have forwarded easily in the same time frame. Lip Monthly is the only one that has gone missing over and over again. Its too bad because the one bag I did receive is nice.

If I could give Lipmonthly 0 stars, I would! I am subscribed to many subscription boxes and I thought that this would be an amazing subscription. Boy, was I WRONG. The first month I subscribed I had a promo code to get it for $5 and I did, they said it delivered on the 20th of the month but I had NOT received my Lipmonthly box. It’s HORRIBLE! I tried to get in contact with customer service, and they told me that I had to speak with my post office, who had never received it. But since it was only $5 I thought, alright whatever it’s no big deal. They billed me on the 1st of every month and I would FINALLY get an email saying that it’s in ‘transit’ on the 20th of the month! Then I would try the tracking number and it was not found anywhere. I still have not gotten my box and it is the 25th of the month! I highly recommend never getting this subscription, it will be a waste of your time, money, and efforts.

I've been a member for about 5 months. These bags NEVER arrive on a consistent basis. Today my bag was marked as being delivered. I did not receive it in my mailbox for whatever reason. I emailed lipmonthly and was told it's not their problem. As a business owner, I have had my own shipping blunders from time to time and always make good on it and follow up. This company is poorly run, and certainly displays characteristics of not being stable.
