From the moment Allison contacted me I knew this was going to be the a great experience. Well I was wrong, it was even better than I had anticipated. She worked tirelessly sending me photos of rings for my husband until we found one he loved. She even got me the sale price for mine. Today I'm wearing the most beautiful 11 carat black diamond ring with an almost 7 carat center stone I have ever seen!!!! My husband was floored at his ring and we couldn't be happier. They also sent me the appraisals for both our rings. My husband couldn't believe we got the rings we got for the price we paid. They went above and beyond my expectations and the quality is in now way close to the incredible price we paid. They're selection is so unique I'll bet you never see anyone wearing what you buy. I received my purchase from NY to Sydney in two days! I couldn't be happier with the engagement ring I received. It was exactly as described and looks amazing! Al was amazing through the whole process. He stayed in touch through constant email of any of my questions. Al was very professional from start until finish. I had my doubts at first. But they were all put to rest when I received my ring. Even through process of a colour upgrade for the Diamond, Al selected the best value size and perfect colourless stone. I bought two rings from Liori Diamond a wedding ring and a matching band. I have dealt with Al and Avi and they are both two of the most helpful and loyal jewelry dealers around. I live in Seattle Washington and was a little skeptical about buying across the USA in NYC, but I am glad I did. I had the two rings soldered together by a local jeweler and two of the diamonds fell out. My wife was in a panic, I called Avi he said “send it back to me I will take care of you”. I asked what will it cost, he said “don’t worry about it”. I shipped it to him and he turned it around in three business days. Thanks Liori

Wasn't sure about buying a enhanced diamond sight unseen but very happy I did. Paid a fraction of the cost for a yellow diamond and when I had the diamond inspected and insured none of the "experts" could tell the difference. I did have to return the diamond to be fixed as a one of the smaller white diamonds came lose and fell out, but it was replaced no questions asked. The purist diamond purchaser may turn their nose up to a enhanced diamond but I certainly could't be happier.

I have been burned before with purchasing high-end items online, especially being that they are bought sight-unseen. So, it is without a doubt that I had a lot of reservations regarding my purchase from Liori. I had found my "dream ring" on eBay, and noticed that it was from not just from a reputable seller (perfect eBay score), but an actual brick and mortar business in NYC. After finding their website address, I logged in hours on their site looking at all the beautiful rings - with a solid 99% of them being one-of-a-kind gorgeous! But, there was only one 'dream ring' for me, and I knew it wouldn't last long. I contacted Liori thru email and had asked questions (endless questions) and did my best to get the best price I could on the ring I had been drooling over. Al was beyond accommodating and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him or asking silly questions; he took a lot of the worry out of the purchase from the very start. I have to admit, it took me over a week to pull the trigger on the purchase. I had done every kind of research that was available to me, and I emailed / called Al/Allison countless times to clarify any questions I was not able to find answers to. It got to the point where I googled "Liori diamonds bad reviews"....and never found anything. I also researched clarity enhanced diamonds and did as much learning as I could do before I made the ultimate decision. Well, the purchase day happened - on a Wednesday at 3PM (yesterday). It is now Thursday at 2PM (today) and I am wearing my ring and writing this review. I have never been so floored with the service and the quality (and the price). There is a 5+ct diamond ring decorating my left hand and I am not broke because of it. Who would have thought!?! The photos online were good, the video of the ring was great - but nothing prepared me for the AMAZING way that this ring looks on my hand. And what made this purchase even better - I know that Liori diamonds is a good company with good customer service - and they CARE about the people that buy from them. You will not be disappointed with your purchase from Liori.

Ring turned up quickly - within 5 working days (international destination) and thankfully very discreetly packaged with a declared value that didn't attract any customs tax. Thank you for that. Having a short video of the ring was good as it provided the most accurate representation. Nice to have the ability to return or exchange, that was a major factor in choosing who I purchased from. Overall very happy and would recommend to others.
