Order placed on September 28th. Emailed customer service on Oct 13th as order status was fulfilled with no shipping information. One week later, still no information regarding my shipment and still not shipping information. Auto email to my inquiry stated my email would be addressed within 2 business days. I love the yarns, I love the patterns but will likely no longer order their product as this is the second time it's taken a month to receive an ordered product.

Canceled my order even though they still showed it in stock on the website. I'm pretty sure they just didn't want to honor the discount they put on it. I only got a partial refund even though i refused the package and they got it back. They were also extremely rude in the emails or i wouldn't have rated them so low

Well it is disappointing that I have to leave such a low rating. The customer service is horrible. I placed my order, received my order, submitted a request for a return (I ordered the incorrect color), processed payment for the exchange, and I am on week 3 since processing exchange and still HAVE NOT HEARD FROM LION BRAND. I have emailed customer service, a week has passed and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM LION BRAND. it would be so nice and appreciative if I HEARD FROM LION BRAND. I mean that is only the right thing to do. Just RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMER.

After receiving my order and initiating a return, I have never received a label, emailed 8 times to customer service and called 5 times to have a recording state the business was “closed for a holiday” over the last 2 weeks with no voicemail option. I’m so disappointed as the quality of this yarn is superior. At this point I’ve had to initiate a bank dispute.

Terrible company. I ordered over $100 in yarn to knit my husband a blanket for Christmas, and over a month from when I placed the order, I still haven’t received the product. I reached out but they refuse to offer any solutions, to offer me a refund, or to resend the package. I am so disappointed I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I was supposed to receive a free item, but it was not included in my shipment. I paid more to get the free item. This company is nothing but problems and has the worst customer service. I wish my favorite designers would give up on them and go somewhere else. I'm sick of dealing with this awful company.

This is a very difficult company to do business with. Antiquated process mean you can’t cancel an order, but itwill not be shipped for weeks after your purchase. It’s nearly impossible to return anything. Buy elsewhere. It’s maddening to try to work with them.

Terribly unimpressed. I receive at least one marketing email a day - yet they cannot fulfill their orders. I place a large order last week. When I tried to contact them to find out when it would ship I couldn’t get through. Then I got an email that orders are delayed. I wanted to cancel as I won’t get it - but they said it was already “processed” - Processed? Then where is my shipping information? I asked them to expedite my shipping and they said they are unable to ship anything but USPS economy? So, I am several hundred dollars out as they charged me, they cannot cancel an order they haven’t shipped and it’s going to be another 2-3 weeks before I see any product. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
