Ordered more than 6 weeks ago. They send emails stringing you along and respond with auto replies to questions. It is apparent from the reviews that shipping times listed on their website and the email the send with confirming an order are a joke and they know it but don’t bother to send correct estimates. Can’t comment on the product but would not order again based on the communication and deceptive practices. Edited to add: Recieved my sheets and have been using them for several months. They are indeed much better quality than the other 3 brands I have tried. So I would say worth the wait.

Amazing farbric. I'm not a huge fan of the top of the duvet cover - it's just a wrinkled mess all the time. But the fabric is amazing.

Beautiful linen sheets - accurate colour, good balance between smoothness and texture, excellent quality. My only criticism is that they were a little slow to ship but they were very helpful and friendly when I emailed asking for an update. I would absolutely shop from Linoto again without hesitation - just trying to decide which of their lovely colours to try next!

We loved a friend’s 100% linen sheets, so we ordered some. We love everything about them so far — the feel, the hand, the sturdiness, the colors. We think they will last for the for the rest of our lives. So we talked everyone in our women’s investment club into ordering sets also with some of our profits. And we ordered 2 more. The only thing we would fault the company on is not communicating timely. We ordered the first time and did not hear from them for several weeks. We ordered again and have heard more quickly this time. We are used to companies that get back to us pretty much same day, especially when we are ordering $$$$ sheets. Thanks.

Beautiful, quality linen. I ordered two bedskirts in white linen and they are gorgeous in an understated way. I am very pleased with the product. It took longer than 7 days to receive each item but when I called to inquire about my order, the person I talked to was very helpful. They were worth the wait.

There was a lack of customer notification regarding delay of ordered product. Per initial email, delivery was communicated as within 7-10 days but my delivery took over 2 weeks without any follow up email explaining delay. I had to reach out with a phone call before getting the notification on the reason for delay. I bought a duvet cover with 2 standard size pillow cases in beige. The linen material was excellent but the quality of workmanship was less than satisfactory. The buttons were loosely sewn and there were areas of blemishes on the linen. The overall product was just ok.

Beautiful product. Natural, linen fabric makes an excellent accent to your home. Expect a month between order placement and shipping date is the only issue I have with the product and process.
