I have not even slept in our new sheets yet but I am disappointed in their business practices. They said the sheets would be 3-4 weeks, ok, I can deal with that but they didn't bother to send us a simple text that our purchase was delayed. Keeping the customer appraised of the purchases status is a good practice for heigh end purchases like this. I ordered SOLID SAGE sheets and pillowcases as per the picture on their website. I actually received turquois-ish blue colored sheets and pillowcases with pinkish highlights. Be sure to ask for a fabric sample before ordering one of their colors as sheets

The sage fabric is a two-tone yarn dye that is custom woven for us in Italy. A new shipment took longer than anticipated for the mill to complete and make its way from Italy. We don't normally text message customers but this is an interesting suggestion. We are always available M-F 10am to 6pm if you have any questions you will reach me and I can answer any questions. I'm sorry if you had the impression sage is a solid color. The yarn-dyed sage color is made from two different color yarns spun together which creates the green color. If you are unhappy with the color or would like to exchange it for another color please let us know. We now have more than 1000 meters of sage and it will not take as long so long as we have the cloth. If you have any questions feel about shipping or colors feel free to contact us.
