The product arrived faster than expected, but syncing with your AT&T account directions were not included.

Lightning strike zapped our charging base. It was replaced promptly at no cost. Also like the free upgrade to Link Plus, with improved user interface & bar graph showing time of day of activity peaks. I can see how much & how long he is napping. We live in a rural area with cell reception leaving something to be desired. When we are out walking in the country & he gets out of my sight, it can take 5 minutes or so before I get a cell connection for locator to track him. Those seem like a long 5 minutes! In town, it is faster.

It's has lots of features that others don't. Customer service is Pawsome!! App & notifications can use some help - like notifications if the collar goes offline.... Some tweaking is needed. All in all - better than the rest, paws down!!

I love the link collar and GPS system but the battery life til now has left a lot to be desired. I just ordered the Link Plus for both my pups and am hoping to see a big improvement.

I like that I can follow my dog if she escapes. I find that the GPS is a bit behind as far as quick time to locate a lost dog. Be sure to keep it charged. We were out of town for 2 days so took the base station with us. It did make the new location current. The device is somewhat "heavy" with the collar that goes with it. I remove it when we are at home but if I pick it up to put it on my dog she now shy's away from it. Tells me she doesn't like wearing it.

Great service most of the time. I did order 2 sleeves for my dogs collar, was charged for two and only received one. I contacted customer service several days ago but have heard nothing. I’ll try again .
