Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!

Never received my leather collar

The battery didn't even last a full day. I put it on my dog and we went to sleep, by the time we woke up it was at 25%. He isn't active at night, he sleeps with me. The app does NOT have the settings that would allow me to set a safe zone as they advertised. The temperature is not ambient it's your dog's actual temperature, which doesn't allow you to monitor their environment. The collar didn't recognize A SINGLE MOVEMENT for the activity tracker portion. The customer service isn't great either. They refused to refund my subscription fee because I used it for 3 days- to test out the app and collar. And they are making me pay for shipping to return the collar. Edit: maybe you should read my review more closely. Your collar is NOT measuring the ambient temperature as the temperature outside right now is in the 40s and I got a notice while outside for my dog being at 100 degrees I believe it was. My bluetooth is connected and my dog next left the area of the base so you specifying that would help the battery somehow makes zero sense. You had a rep reach out to me after I posted this review and yet when I responded she hasn't said a word since. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Their customer support told me I would get an automatic call back but yet it didn't happen because they closed 15 minutes later and yet no one ever called me back. terrible service

Rarely updates and one of the units came off a collar because they are not secure enough with attachment provided. I would return if I could.

It doesn’t charge right, constantly dies. It says it has a full charge and moments later it will die. Too expensive to be garbage. Reached out to the company for help or exchange for a working device or refund, and months later, still haven’t heard back. So frustrating. Save your money, there are a million similar devices through reputable companies that actually have customer service.

It never works/located when it’s needed. Would not recommend it.

The App and collar do not work well. My dog would be laying beside me and link collar/app would repeatedly indicate the dog was out side the boundaries then indicate he was back in the boundaries. There was never even an hour span that it worked correctly. When I ordered the collar the wrong size collar was sent. The company would not exchange the collar for the right size until I subscribed to service, even though they accidentally sent the wrong size. Overall the service and performance are unacceptable.
