Our GSD Nashville had the original Link. It was great in tracking Nashville, but the battery only lasted a day or two at most. It also wasn't the greatest in staying on her. It did track well and located it one time in the skimmer of the pool, the Link, not Nashville. LOL The new Link is far superior, with the battery lasting 6 to 7 days. The tracking is equally as good and the staying power on the collar has been greatly enhanced by the smaller footprint of the Link and superior clip's holding ability. In fact the new Link is so good, we now have a second Link for our new GSD Legend. Having two Links is so easy to use via the Link Home Page on the app. I highly recommend the Link to friends, families, and dog and cat lovers everywhere!! Definite Five Star investment.

Link AKC's customer service is simply amazing. A human responds to emails, chats, and phone calls. There is no "press one" business. It's just a person who wants to help. AMAZING!

Great customer service! So helpful and informative. Wonderful follow up on questions or concerns. The device is very user friendly. My rambunctious Lab likes to go on unsupervised walk about and now I can quickly track him. Peace of mind is wonderful! There are some Bluetooth glitches that sometimes notify a false indication that my dog is away- when he is not. However, the device will always be accurate when he really is away. So you have to assume the notification is right, and be relieved when he is not away. I have recommended Link to family members. Happy to have Link on my dogs collar M

I had issues updating my new device due to poor cell service at home but the support team was awesome and replaced my device with one that was already updated! It is working great now and I have NEVER had such great customer support from any company as I have experienced with Link My Pet

I love this new link and the new technology that comes with it along with a stronger peace of mind. I have a Lab named "WILL" who went missing for TWO weeks after jumping out at the carwash. It was nothing short of a needle in a haystack to secure his return, but by some miracle, and a lot of support from the community, he was located. Well, the Link purchase following that ordeal was a no brainer, a must have and while I appreciated the technology and price of the original Link, the new smaller design and GPS capability is a huge confident booster in keeping track of Will!. The best part of the new link is the battery life as it uses minimal power when your pet is designated in one of its "safe Places." We travel a lot back and forth to our second home 500 miles away and it is so easy to set up his safe haven there as well. The new design fits easy on his collar with features such as lights and tones for your pet. It has heat and cold alerts, activity log and the ability to record your pet's adventures. The tracking feature on your phone is user friendly and accurate!! More importantly, is the customer service you'll find at Link which is second to none with follow up and tech support you won't believe. I called Nichole when I actually lost the actual Link and she was able to tell me where I placed it last. I cannot say enough about this product and its company. I highly recommend it and you'll find the daily use unlike any other product, is hassle free and becomes part of your pet's daily routine.

I adopted a sweet escape artist 5 years ago. The first time she ran away was 3 days after we got her and she is still finding ways to escape for an adventure. The Link collar has given me peace of mind and helped me find her on several occasions. The first version of the Link collar was good but the new one is wonderful. It holds a charge for a long time and sends an alert to your phone when you need to recharge. There is a light you can turn on from your phone so I can see her at night in the back yard. Customer service is amazing! Every time I have called, I have been able to speak to someone right away. They are always polite and very helpful. They have replaced broken parts and walked me through rebooting my Link. I am very pleased with this product!
