I had a technical al problem with my collar and I got great personal help fixing it and was refunded the vcd amount of time my collar was down great service great company I love this collar I dont have to worry about where mnk y dog is ever

I love knowing if my buddy goes missing I can find him. If he is tied up outside at the campground I attach the lead to another collar just in case he slips out of the collar he will still have the link one on. I totally recommend this product!
