Awesome. Helped me find my "runner" several times.

So far so good. Waiting to try GPS finder.

I have been a customer for many years ! Love my link and the customer service has been awesome!

Unbelievable product and customer service! Nichole Hannigan Helped me through the process to connect my dog’s collar. I had difficulty understanding some instructions, but she politely and PATIENTLY helped me set up the device. Nichole checked with me through email and phone post set-up to make sure my dog’s collar was working accurately. I have never had such incredible service from any Company In my life. I would give her more stars if I could. I would highly recommend this company to all pet owners! Elizabethann Moore

Phone call was great,

The site was easy to use. I can’t wait to get the product.

Nice and easy to set up

I have spoken to 3 different customer services reps. And the are all very nice and helpful. From getting questions answer to explaining discounts for multiple collar setups.
