I suggest that people do not use this service to subscribe, because if you want to cancel your subscription, it has to be canceled by the person providing the service. I have had two cases where I did not receive the service and wanted to cancel the subscription, but no action was taken to cancel it. In one case, I was forced to change my card and go to the bank to block the transaction because the link support would not cancel it for me. In the second case, after two weeks of repeatedly asking the business that provided the service to cancel it, I finally managed to get it canceled. Link.com keeps you stuck. Do not subscribe with these scammers.

We’re sorry this was so difficult — that sounds both frustrating and stressful. From your description this concerns subscriptions managed by a merchant through Link. Link is a saved‑payment and checkout product designed to speed up online payments by storing a user’s payment and contact details so future checkouts can be completed with fewer steps—because the experience is designed to be seamless, some users may not realise an account was created during a quick payment flow. Please contact the merchant first so they can cancel the subscription and confirm any refunds. If the merchant won’t help, contact Support at https://support.link.com/contact/login? and provide the merchant name, transaction dates, and any correspondence so the team can advise on next steps for removing stored payment details and blocking future charges. We appreciate you reporting this publicly — we’ll pass your feedback to the product team about clearer subscription controls and cancellation paths.
