It’s also worth noting that while services like DeepL are popular, they currently support far fewer languages and come at a significantly higher cost (over 67% more in many cases). These are the languages in which our team is fluent, allowing us to deliver accurate and effective assistance, particularly for technical inquiries. When needed, we can utilize automatic translation tools to assist communication in other languages. However, for complex issues, direct communication in a shared fluent language tends to be the most efficient. We also understand users may prefer to translate our English responses using their own tools. Our customer support is structured to ensure both responsiveness and expertise: 1. Customer Specialists: Handle general inquiries and common issues. 2. Product Developers: Address more technical, CMS-specific matters. We are available 6 days a week and nearly around the clock to accommodate various time zones.
