The excessive word usage was linked to frequently changing content on the website, which caused repeated translations to be stored. To prevent this, certain dynamic content needs to be excluded from translation — something our team guided you through and assisted with. While translated words cannot be removed once stored, our support team added complimentary words to help restore service and prevent further disruption once the exclusions were applied. Regarding pricing, our word quota reflects permanently stored translations rather than a monthly reset. We understand this approach may not suit every use case, and we’re continuously improving onboarding and safeguards to make usage clearer from the start. When needed, we can utilize automatic translation tools to assist communication in other languages. However, for complex issues, direct communication in a shared fluent language tends to be the most efficient. We also understand users may prefer to translate our English responses using their own tools. Our customer support is structured to ensure both responsiveness and expertise: 1. Customer Specialists: Handle general inquiries and common issues. 2. Product Developers: Address more technical, CMS-specific matters. We are available 6 days a week and nearly around the clock to accommodate various time zones.
