I think the teachers here are great. They really want you to succeed at learning French and they are very kind and patient with me. I would even go so far as to say that the teachers quickly start to become a friend. Nour is a teacher that my daughter and I really like and she is so nice and fun to talk with. We all get a lot of laughs as we work on our French. It is a great environment. I even have found one of the side benefits of this program is learning about culture on the other side of the world from me. It is so interesting and eye opening to learn about people in other countries. Lynda has been great too. She is like a educational manager who checks in every so often to see how you are progressing and look to making changes where needed in your instruction. The only thing I think could be improved is having text message reminders (or emails but text is better) about an hour before class as I change time zones frequently and it is tough to keep track of my scheduled classes. This is a great way to start getting real experience speaking French with real French-speaking people. I highly recommend it.

Salut Lance! Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. It truly means a lot to us to hear that you've found such a welcoming and enriching learning experience. We love that our teachers feel like friends to you and that you're not only improving your French but also discovering new cultural perspectives. Nour and Lynda will be delighted to hear your kind words, and we’ll make sure to pass them along! We appreciate your feedback regarding class reminders—this is very important to us. While text notifications aren’t available at the moment, we’ve reactivated your email reminders to help you stay on top of your schedule. Hopefully, this makes things a bit easier as you navigate different time zones. Thanks again for recommending us, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you!
