We always encourage students to take an active role in shaping their classes by requesting specific activities, topics, or formats that suit their learning style. That said, this is absolutely not an excuse for instructors to disengage or avoid providing structured instruction. Hi Kim, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry that June didn’t meet your expectations, especially after a strong start earlier this year. While we understand your frustration around tutor availability, I want to clarify that our team was actively working to support you from the very first message—offering alternative options with the intention of prioritizing our current students. We recognized how frustrating the situation could be, and aimed to be as understanding and flexible as possible throughout. The solutions may not have aligned with your initial request, but they were offered proactively and not in response to any accusations. We also provided compensation for the missed sessions, not as a reaction to pressure, but because we believed it was the right thing to do. We’re continuing to expand our tutor network to better meet demand, and we’re glad to hear that some French was learned along the way. Wishing you all the best in your continued learning journey.
