Trying to return order number #747073 dusk blue king coverlet. Spoke with agent a few days ago and said they would send email immediately to my email address to print return label. Have not received. Called again today and received recording to leave message.

I ordered two sheet sets, and was set 1 one the sets I ordered, and a twin coverlet instead of the other sheet set. Packaging was also sloppy. I’m not impressed.
