I was so scared to order a comforter online but after reading the reviews, I bit the bullet and ordered the dune colored comforter set. I am SO HAPPY that I did. It looks just like the picture and feels great! My room feels complete :)

My quilt and shams arrived this morning as promised! This will be perfect for the spring and summer. I was a little disappointed in the quality, but the price was comparable so I really can’t complain. Thanks for the perfect service.

Cheri
Disappointed as now I wait for the insert for the duvet I ordered. New in the duvet world but assumed insert was part of pkg. Ordered insert and surprised at the cost! Maybe missed it but no where does it say insert is extra nor price! Maybe a package ensemble could be offered!
Response from Linens & HutchJan 23, 2025
Hey Cheri, we're very sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. Our listing does state that our duvet cover sets include 1 duvet cover, and 1 or 2 shams depending on the size of the set, we apologize for any confusion! We do have plans for bundles in the future, however at this time that is not something that we offer. We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] for assistance!
