Product arrived today and was very soft and pretty. Weight seems lighter than expected. Hope it works to keep warm.

Hi Cindy, thank you for sharing your feedback! Our comforters are considered medium-weight, but don't let that fool you- they're still super cozy! In the event that you need assistance with a return, please email us at [email protected] so that we can further assist you! :)

Ordered these thinking they were high end sheets, and thinking I got a crazy deal on them. Nope! These feel like the cheapest sheets I’ve ever purchased. They’re super thin and not even that soft. They feel like crappy Amazon sheets honestly. Returning.
Response from Linens & HutchJan 24, 2025
We're so sorry to hear that you're not happy with your order! Just so you know, thickness being indicative of quality or value when it comes to sheets would pertain to cotton rather than microfiber. We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry so please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience so we can make this right!
